National Officer Wellness & Career Sustainability Project

Overview

The National Officer Wellness & Career Sustainability Project is a nationwide initiative focused on improving the long-term health, wellness, resilience, and career sustainability of law enforcement officers.

The program seeks to identify systemic factors contributing to burnout, stress, post-traumatic stress, early retirement, suicide, and reduced quality of life among officers through research, surveys, partnerships, and educational resources.
